DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery Policy

Discover our delivery policy for your online hunting and fishing clothing purchases. We offer fast and reliable delivery options, as well as careful packaging to ensure the safety of your items. Our goal is to provide you with a pleasant, secure, and transparent shopping experience.

Exchanges and returns

At Nuphar Works, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, we're here to help you, simply and humanely.


You have up to 30 days after receipt to return an item, provided it is in new condition: unused, unwashed, with original tags and in its original packaging. A receipt is also required for any return or exchange.

Returns are easy to make, by email to nupharworks@gmail.com.

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? If the item is available, we'll be happy to exchange it for you. You'll be responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In this case, you will be provided with a prepaid return label.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Clothes worn or washed
